Designation: Manager - Service Strategy & Digital Transformation Chennai
Experience: 4 to 8 years experience in Product Selection ,Technical Support & Commissioning of Automation Products like Drives ,PLC, Relays & Software Solutions and connected products to customers and various PSUs
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development for Retrofit/Upgrade & Modernisation of Digital & Automation products & systems/solutions.
- Visit customers along with Service team/Service centres/Modernization Solution partners & independently to showcase/explain Retrofit/Upgrade/Modernisation solutions.
- Support to Solution Partners for deriving Bill of material for a system to be retrofitted/ Upgraded.
- Providing technical support to Service centres/Solution partners for Selection/installation of connected Switchgear & Digital, Automation products.
- Visit sites for technical support during commissioning.
- Sales & Marketing of Automation/Connected Products & Software + Peripherals
- Focus to Increase Topline & Bottomline through Digital & connected products & Solutions
Required Skills:
- Programming & Commissioning Knowledge of Automation Products (VFD, SS, PLC, HMI, Servo etc)
- Integration of Products with EMS/PMS Software
- Development of Control Logic using various ladder logics, Functional Block Diagrams, Flow Charts, Languages, etc
- Technical Expertise in Communication Protocols like Modbus, TCP/IP, Ethernet, Profibus, Profinet, IEC61850, etc
- Sound Knowledge of Market/Zone/Customer Base for operations of Digital Solutions
- Qualification : BE / B.Tech / Diploma (Electrical/ Electronics & Comm)
