Role Summary
The SEO & AEO Manager will lead Amura's organic growth function across traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven answer ecosystems.

You will be responsible for building scalable organic growth systems tied directly to business outcomes not vanity metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Organic Growth & Revenue Ownership (SEO + AEO)
- Develop and own integrated SEO and AEO strategies across multiple client portfolios
- Translate business goals into structured organic growth roadmaps
- Drive keyword research, intent clustering, entity mapping, and semantic architecture
- Build strategies for visibility across:
Traditional SERPs

- Establish clear revenue attribution models for organic growth
- Drive organic contribution to pipeline, lead generation, and revenue KPIs
- Technical & Structured Optimization Leadership
- Lead comprehensive technical SEO audits (crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, architecture)
- Oversee structured data implementation (FAQ, HowTo, Product, Organization, etc.)
- Ensure AI-readiness through:
Content structuring
Schema clarity
Entity optimization
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure seamless execution
- Maintain technical hygiene across client portfolios
- Team Leadership, Capability Building & Performance Management
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of SEO Executives and Senior Executives
- Define KRAs and performance benchmarks for team members
- Conduct structured performance reviews and feedback cycles
- Identify skill gaps and run upskilling initiatives
- Foster a culture of experimentation, accountability, and ownership
- Build second-line leadership within the SEO function
- Ensure workload balance and efficient task allocation
- Process Governance & Operational Excellence
- Define and enforce SOPs across:

On-page optimization
Reporting
Content optimization
- Ensure 100% adherence to documentation and reporting standards
- Maintain clean project tracking via tools (ClickUp, Asana, Jira, etc.)
- Own delivery timelines and proactively mitigate risks
- Standardize reporting templates and dashboard frameworks
- Ensure zero-chaos execution across multi-client portfolios
- Improve internal processes for scalability and efficiency
- Advanced Analytics & Business Impact Reporting
- Define and track performance metrics beyond traffic:

- Build structured dashboards using:

Skills & Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on SEO experience
- 23+ years of team management experience
- Strong technical SEO expertise
- Demonstrated experience tying SEO to revenue outcomes
- Expertise in structured data & AI-search optimization
- Advanced analytical skills (GA4, GSC, GTM, Excel)
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience managing multi-client portfolios
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Excellent command of English
