Role Summary

The SEO & AEO Manager will lead Amura's organic growth function across traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven answer ecosystems.

You will be responsible for building scalable organic growth systems tied directly to business outcomes not vanity metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organic Growth & Revenue Ownership (SEO + AEO)
  • Develop and own integrated SEO and AEO strategies across multiple client portfolios
  • Translate business goals into structured organic growth roadmaps
  • Drive keyword research, intent clustering, entity mapping, and semantic architecture
  • Build strategies for visibility across:

  • Ensure zero-chaos execution across multi-client portfolios

Skills & Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands-on SEO experience
  • 23+ years of team management experience
  • Strong technical SEO expertise
  • Demonstrated experience tying SEO to revenue outcomes
  • Expertise in structured data & AI-search optimization
  • Advanced analytical skills (GA4, GSC, GTM, Excel)
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Experience managing multi-client portfolios
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills
  • Excellent command of English
