Manager / Senior Manager - Tech SG

Key Deliverables:

• Supervise vessel inspections, ensure maintenance per standards, and manage repairs including dry-docking
• Monitor and report vessel budgets, costs, and performance; execute plans within 3% variance
• Ensure full compliance with IMO, Flag State, and Port State requirements, and maintain certification status
• Drive SOP improvements and safety/QMS policy implementation across shore and offshore teams

Role Responsibilities:

• Liaise with procurement for optimal supply chain planning and cost control
• Lead emergency response and corrective safety measures on assigned vessels
• Coach and manage performance of onboard crew; ensure development plans and training delivery
• Collaborate on quality projects and implement productivity-enhancing initiatives
