Objective (Purpose of the Job)
The position holder is responsible for all fulfilling all non-mass, mid-senior positions as assigned. Stakeholder management, responsible for managing assigned function hirings, reports and weekly reviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the non-mass recruitment, niche & Leadership hiring for the assigned business unit and adhere to quality and process guidelines
- Ensure the business recruitment strategies are followed and schedule regular meetings to monitor changes
- Maintaining MIS and dashboards for all metrics like on time hires, cost per hire, source mix, offer to joining ratios, D&I as well as quality of hires for individual assigned units.
- Ensure all hiring are effectively closed across all levels as per the plan and within the budgeted cost.
- Manage relationships with all key stakeholders including senior business leaders.
- Support the campus hiring initiatives and effective closure of campus drives.
- Ensure that new joiners are provided all information on HR processes in advance
- Responsible for managing ATS and updating details related to MPR in the tool.
- Assigning positions to the team member/s and ensuring the same are catered to
- Responsible for the development and handholding of the team member/s.
- Assisting on central projects related to TA.
Desired Skills:
- 5- 8 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, strong stakeholder management.
- Corporate hiring and niche skill hiring exposure.
- Hiring for critical functions like IT, Sales, Risk, Collection, Finance with high lead to offer conversion rate
- Knowledge of HR processes, hiring and sourcing strategies
- Fluent in local language and English - verbal and written
- University degree in HR
