Responsibilities
- Following, respecting & establishing all EHS guidelines, protocols etc in workplace
- Ensuring quality & process control during working as per QC guidelines
- Overall, in charge to ensure of despatch of correct products with correct documentation as per customer and statutory requirements
- Take active part in production planning and prepare/communicate daily weekly monthly despatch plan.
- Co ordination with sales team for despatch releases and communicate to operation team for planning
- Ensuring placing of trucks/finalisation of transporter as & when require.
- Ensuring reporting of all despatch figure as & when require.
- Providing training to team to upgrade their skill and overall work culture
- Ensuring stock taking and match with book stock on regular basis.
- Ensuring participation in KAIZENS (improvements jobs)
- Participation in all EHS initiatives
- Ensuring proper housekeeping after job completion
- Ensuring proper coordination with other departments
- Ensuring 5S of workplace and maintain dashboard.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And Other Characteristics
- Knowledge of out bound logistic, applicable taxes, warehouse management system
- Knowledge of despatch documentation related to domestic & export consignment
- Knowledge/Skill to handle logistic agencies and other manpower
- Knowledge of SAP system (SD module) in essential
Requirements
Qualification: Engineering/ Graduate with MBA
Work Experience: 5-10 years
Age limit: 35 years.
Preferred: Computer knowledge (MS office), MIS etc
