Strategic Execution & Alignment
- Translate product vision and strategy defined by the CPO into actionable project plans.
- Ensure alignment of all projects with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and market priorities.
- Support prioritization of product roadmap initiatives across Insurance and Lending portfolios.
Program & Project Management
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of multiple projects (initiation to closure).
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across cross-functional teams.
- Ensure adherence to delivery timelines, scope, and quality standards.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a liaison between the CPO, business teams, technology teams, and external partners.
- Conduct regular governance meetings, steering committees, and status reviews.
- Provide periodic updates to senior leadership on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
Domain Expertise (Insurance & Lending)
- Drive initiatives related to:
1 Policy administration systems (Life & General Insurance)
2 Claims management and underwriting workflows
3 Loan origination systems (LOS) and loan management systems (LMS)
- Ensure solutions comply with regulatory frameworks (e.g., IRDAI guidelines, RBI norms).
Risk & Compliance Management
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; implement mitigation plans.
- Ensure all deliverables meet internal audit, compliance, and governance standards.
- Maintain documentation for audit trails and regulatory reviews.
Product & Technology Coordination
- Work closely with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to ensure solution feasibility and scalability.
- Facilitate requirement gathering, BRD/PRD preparation, and change management.
- Ensure Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies are effectively implemented.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Define and track KPIs, SLAs, and success metrics for all projects.
- Prepare dashboards and MIS reports for the CPO and executive leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on performance insights.
Change & Transformation Management
- Support digital transformation initiatives across Insurance and Lending platforms.
- Drive adoption of new systems, processes, and tools within the organization.
- Ensure smooth change management and user adoption.
Team Coordination & Leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and Business Units.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on lending and insurance software development projects.
