Job Description- HRSS- Oracle HCM Fusion
Oracle HCM Fusion Expertise:
- Provide techno-functional support for Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Time, Payroll, and Workforce Management.
Requirement Analysis & Stakeholder Coordination:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from HR leaders, department heads, and stakeholders.
- Translate requirements into system configurations, processes, and workflows.
System Integration:
- Track all existing integrations health and collaborate with IT teams to resolve any issue or implement any new with other enterprise systems such as payroll, finance, and technology platforms.
HR Application Management:
- Manage HCM/HR applications to ensure alignment with HR policies, procedures, working as expected and business objectives.
- Support ongoing digital HR transformation initiatives and ensure continual evolution to improve employee experiences.
User Support & Maintenance:
- Address and resolve user queries, provide support, and maintain business-as-usual (BAU) activities.
- Act as a problem-solver to ensure smooth operation of HR applications.
Analytics & Dashboards:
- Create and manage dashboards to monitor system performance and adoption.
- Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and process optimization.
