Role Overview:

The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies to secure funding for the organization's CSR and social impact initiatives. The role involves building relationships with corporate partners, foundations, high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), and other funding agencies, while ensuring long-term donor engagement and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Fundraising & Pipeline Management:

• Drive fundraising and partnership strategies to achieve organizational goals.
• Lead resource mobilization initiatives, campaigns, and strategic collaborations.
• Manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from prospecting to closure and renewal.
• Manage donor engagement, fundraising pipelines, and reporting processes.

Proposal development & Client Management:

• Create customized funding proposals, concept notes, and presentations to drive CSR revenue targets.
• Develop and manage relationships with Corporates, Foundations, Trusts, HNIs, and Donor organizations.
• Represent the organization with external stakeholders, funders, and partners.

Execution. Analytics & Compliance

• Conduct market research and provide analytics to enable key strategic business decisions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of funded projects and partnerships.
• Track fundraising performance against targets and prepare donor, impact, and utilization reports.
• Ensure strict compliance with applicable fundraising regulations and organizational policies.

Required Qualifications & Experiences:

• Qualification: Any Graduate / Master's degree.
• Experience Range: 8 to 10 years of core experience in fundraising, fund management, or partnerships.
• Sector Experience: A few years of experience in fundraising, specifically within the social sector, is a mandatory requirement.
