Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Identify, acquire, and manage new clients across various industries.
  • Lead end-to-end sales activities, including lead generation, client meetings, proposal submissions, negotiations, and closures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Manage and mentor Business Development Executives and Sales team members.
  • Monitor sales pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups and conversions.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare business reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
