At Revfin, we are building India's largest lending company. Through our award winning and innovative digital platform, we provide loans to people at the bottom of the pyramid. Our typical customer lives in Tier 2 or 3 towns, has no credit history, a very low level of education and no banking transactions. We underwrite loans using revolutionary techniques like psychometrics, biometrics and gamification. The entire loan application journey is delivered digitally through an App. We have a clear focus on financing commercial electric vehicles including E-2W, E-3W, E-4W, LCV and HCV, for individual drivers, helping in mass scale adoption of electric vehicles. In this business, we provide loans for vehicles and lease vehicles to fleet operators who operate mid-mile and last-mile deliveries and taxi services, including quick comm and e-commerce. All vehicles financed by us have telematics which help drivers track and improve their productivity while keeping their vehicles secure. We partner with manufacturers, dealers, fleet operators and e-commerce companies to acquire customers, providing point of sale finance. We provide loans through our own NBFC as well as through multiple lending partners.

Role Description

Role- Manager/Senior Manager- Underwriting

No. of positions- Fleet (1) & Retail (1)

Employment Type- Full time, Permanent

Job Location- New Delhi.

Minimum Exp- 4 to 6 years in wheels segment particularly commercial vehicles- LCV, SCV & ICV, Two-Wheelers & 3 Wheelers (Electric Vehicles exposure would be preferred)

  • Experience in Credit & Operation along with Financial Statement Analysis.
  • Experience in on-site & off-site due diligence of client records & inventory.
  • Develop & implement risk-based strategy & their implementation to mitigate overall enterprise risk.
  • Hands-on in Credit approval memorandum (CAM) preparation.
  • Well versed with preparation and analysis of Credit Note to be presented to management.

Education:

Minimum 46 years of experience in Credit & Operations (Retail or Fleet).

Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. (CA/MBA-Finance preferred)

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.

Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
