Job Description

Role: Manager/ Senior Manager - Corporate Relations

Location:Mumbai/ Delhi NCR / Bangalore/ Hyderabad

About the Role:

The Manager/ Senior Manager provides strategic account management to the Career Development Services (CDS) and Corporate Relations functions at SDA Bocconi Asia Center. This role is responsible for designing and executing partnerships with employers across sectors to ensure strong placement outcomes for the flagship postgraduate program - International Master in Business. The candidate's portfolio of responsibilities includes job placement, internships, projects, employer relations, developing new markets, cultivating key relationships with internal stakeholders, strategic planning and management of the Career Development Services team.

Responsibilities:

Corporate Relations & Employer Partnerships

  • Lead the development and management of employer or corporate relations
  • New corporate development, identifying potential companies and maintaining relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • This effort encompasses the growth and cultivation of relationships with existing employers, as well as the development of new corporate partnerships to enhance the number and quality of job opportunities available to students.
  • Identify and act on emerging trends in talent demand, industry hiring, and skill requirements to shape career offerings.
  • Representing SDA Bocconi Asia Center for all facets of its functioning in its relationships with corporates

Events & Employer Branding, Alumni Support

  • Conceptualize and deliver corporate events, and recruiter-alumni mixers that strengthen corporate engagement.
  • Develop and maintain corporate outreach programs.
  • Promote the rigor, quality, and unique value proposition of SDA Bocconi programs to corporate audiences.

Specific Skills

  • Strong business development, sales, and corporate partnership skills.
  • Proven ability in client relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong interpersonal, coordination, and prioritisation skills.

Desirable Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in corporate sales/business development/key account management/HR Sales/campus recruitment leadership.
  • Exposure to BFSI, Consulting, Technology, and/or Emerging Sectors preferred.
  • Experience in leading teams and managing placement/corporate engagement mandates.
  • Prior exposure to the higher education sector or early careers talent development is a plus (not mandatory).
