What will you get to do

  • Lead and scale a set of BD pods (Team Leads + BDRs), driving consistent pipeline generation for assigned regions/segments

  • Own pod-level targets - pipeline creation, conversion metrics, and productivity

  • Drive capacity planning and hiring for your pods in alignment with overall BD leadership

  • Coach and enable Team Leads to effectively manage and develop BDRs

  • Monitor and improve key funnel metrics (connect meeting opportunity pipeline quality)

  • Partner with crop-functional teams to ensure alignment on target accounts, messaging, and pipeline quality

  • Execute and refine outbound strategies (ICP, segmentation, messaging, sequencing) within your pods

  • Identify gaps and drive continuous improvements in performance, training, and playbooks

  • Ensure strong CRM discipline, reporting accuracy, and operational rigor across pods

  • Drive top-of-funnel awareness within target accounts and segments by enabling teams to create consistent market presence through outbound, social, and creative prospecting approaches

What you should have

  • 10-15 years in Business Development / Sales Development, with strong outbound experience

  • Proven experience (minimum 4 years) managing Team Leads + BDRs (second-line management)

  • Experience owning pipeline targets for a business unit / region / segment

  • Strong understanding of funnel metrics and outbound performance levers

  • Experience working with US and EMEA markets

  • Strong stakeholder management - able to work closely with Sales and Marketing teams

  • Hands-on with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • SaaS / high-growth experience

  • Exposure to ABM or structured outbound frameworks

  • Encourages creative outreach (e.g., video prospecting)
