We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager - Business Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and staffing, with a proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the recruitment and staffing industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services to clients.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Monitor and report on business development activities and results.
Preferred candidate profile
- Any Bachelors degree
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, preferably in the recruitment and staffing industry or selling any HR related services.
- Strong understanding of recruitment and staffing processes and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve targets and deliver results.
