Job Description

  • Manage civil construction projects for data centres, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Oversee maintenance and repairs of civil infrastructure within the property department.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for project execution and material procurement.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for civil works and related activities.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operation of data centre services.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Prior experience in managing civil construction and maintenance projects.
  • Strong understanding of safety and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills to identify and resolve issues promptly.
