Manager, Sector IT - SAP Ariba Project Delivery

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute global or sector-level SAP Ariba B&I projects across the full project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, business, and IT teams during all project phases, including planning, execution, cutover, and hypercare.
• Lead project documentation and requirement design in alignment with project scope and objectives.
• Design SAP Ariba solutions tailored to specific business processes and ensure seamless integration into existing environments.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME), conducting training and knowledge sharing sessions.
• Manage configuration workbooks, create technical specifications (TS), and oversee user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Lead and support cutover activities, go-live, and hypercare phases.
• Ensure all procurement activities are compliant with corporate governance and policies.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution of complex issues in collaboration with global teams.
• Interact with customers, business partners, and IT stakeholders globally to address issues and drive resolutions.
• Utilize project management tools such as ServiceNow, MyIT Portfolio, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and Quality Center.
• Work with managed service providers, third-party implementors, and software vendors (e.g., SAP).
• Maintain high standards of communication, both written and verbal, especially with senior leadership.
• Drive prioritization of deliverables, delegate tasks, and manage a team when necessary.
