-BuildstrategiesforgrowthandConductBusinessDevelopment activitiesincludingidentifyingprospects,conductingmeetingsandgatheringrequirements
Mobilizenetworks,screenexistingdatabaseandidentifyentrepreneurs and prospects eligible for IPO
-StrategizeanddevelopmethodstocreateademandforIPOs.Initiatecontact and pitch advantages of IPO to shortlisted prospects
-RequirementGatheringbasisdiscussionswiththeclientstoensureanunderstanding ofthe client's needs and getting a sign-offwith them
- Negotiatewiththeclients,finalizetheproposals/preparetheengagement letter and close the deal
- Identifysuitablebusinessopportunitiesforotherverticals,therebyimprovingthecross-selling
ProjectPlanningandManagement
-ReviewandFinalisetheprojectplans/actionplanpreparedbySub-TL
- Manage,overseeandguidetheteam(Sub-TLsandtheirreportees)towards on-time closures of assignments
-Reviewtheteam's(Sub-TLsandtheirreportees)workforensuringadherence tosystems,accuracy,completenessand quality
-WorkwiththeSubTLstotrackandminimisebottlenecksinthedeliveryifany
-Identifyareasofimprovementsinprocessesandworktowardsredefining processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
-Liaise with regulatory bodies such as SEBI, BSE, NSE and otherintermediariesviz.merchantbankers,sharetrasferagents,etc.onbehalf of clients going for public issue
-Visitclientsaspertheperiodicitydefinedintheirrespectivecontractsor as and when required
- Work towards continuos improvement in the satisfaction levelofclientsandmaintaingoodrelationswiththereferralpartners/clients
- Handleescalationsifanyandinteractwithclientstopushforsharingof data in cases of delay
-LiaisewiththeotherfunctionalTLsandSubTLsforcross-functionalassignmentsifany
BillingandRecovery
-Ensurebilling/invoicingandrecoveryfollowupsareconductedbytheteam as per the defined timelines
-Co-ordinatewiththeclientforoutstandingrecoveries
KnowledgeManagement
=Contribute to Knowledge Management by timely sharing bestpractices,projectlearningsandupdatesforwebsite,softwares,etctotheR&DTeam.CreateKnowledgeBank-
-SEBIjudgements,Informalguidance,Finanicalstatementsofotherlistedcompanystudy,SEBIRegulations,Circulars,
-EncourageTeamMembersforusingtheknowledgebankandprovideinputs on practical deployment of legislations and regulations
-Conductknowledgesharingsessionsonaweeklybasis(andadhocifrequired)fortheteamtoshareinformationaboutrecentamendmentsand to address queries if any
- Participateinandensureandtracktheparticipationoftheteaminthedailyposers,knowledgesharingandengagementactivitiesorganizedbyMMJC
TeamManagementandDevelopment
-Beactivelyinvolvedinhiringaswellasinmaintainingthemorale,performance and engagement levels of the team
-Identifythetraininganddevelopmentalneedsandsharetheinputswith the Delivery Team and HR
- Ensure the learning curve ofthe team keeps growing by conductingtestsperiodicallyontheareasrelatedtorespectiveclientassignments
ReviewsandReporting
-ProactivelyparticipateinweeklymeetingswiththePartnersandSub-TLstodiscusslearningsofthe week and flagissues/concernsifany
- Conductweeklymeetingswiththeteam(Sub-TLsandtheirreportees) toplanfortheworkdeliverablesandtoreviewtheactionables(recoverables/invoicing,escalationsetc.)
-EnsurepromptreportingtothePartnersontherecovery,Billingandother status reports as may be specified for the day
-InteractandsharewiththeDataManagementTeamanyinformation(Proposals,non-compliancesetc.)requiredtobemaintainedintherepository as per the defined periodicity
- AttendthefortnightlyandmonthlyreviewswiththePartnersandSubTLs to ascertain the progress on each assignment
