About this Position The Regional Supply Chain Data Analytics Manager will lead all supply chain analytics and digitalization initiatives across the IMEA region. This senior role is responsible for delivering advanced analytics, automation, and AI/ML/DL solutions to optimize end-to-end supply chain performance. The position manages a team of data professionals and partners closely with regional and global stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making and measurable business impact.
What Youll Do
- Define and lead the regional supply chain analytics and digitalization strategy in alignment with global and regional business priorities.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of data scientists and analysts, including coaching, capability building, and effective resource allocation.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of dashboards, predictive models, and advanced analytics solutions.
- Drive digital transformation and automation initiatives using tools such as Python, R, Power BI, Databricks, SQL, PowerApps, Copilot Studio, and other emerging technologies.
- Act as a strategic partner to regional and global stakeholders, translating business requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
- Ensure data governance, quality, compliance, and adherence to corporate standards across all analytics activities.
- Apply deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
What makes you a good fit
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in supply chain analytics, data analytics, or digital transformation roles.
- Proven experience leading analytics teams and managing complex initiatives.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a matrix organization
- Strong experience with Power BI, Databricks, SQL, Python, R, PowerApps, and Copilot Studio.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML/DL concepts and their application in supply chain analytics.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive business outcomes.
