Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Manager in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution), you will be responsible for leading SAP SD implementation projects, managing client relationships, and driving business growth through effective solution design and delivery.
1. Project Management:
- Lead end-to-end SAP SD projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and risks effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
2. SAP SD Solution Design:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions.
- Configure SAP SD modules (order-to-cash process, pricing, billing, credit management, etc.) to meet client needs.
- Optimize SAP SD processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
3. Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP SD best practices, strategies, and improvements.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and team members.
4. Team Leadership & Mentoring:
- Lead and mentor a team of SAP consultants and analysts.
- Provide technical and functional guidance to junior team members.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
5. Business Development:
- Support pre-sales activities by creating proposals, presentations, and demos.
- Identify opportunities for additional projects and services with existing clients.
6. Process Improvement:
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in SAP SD processes.
- Implement automation tools and technologies to enhance business processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related fields.
- SAP SD certification is preferred.
- Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in SAP SD with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale SAP SD projects.
- Strong experience with SAP SD configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Skills Required:
- In-depth knowledge of SAP SD modules (Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, etc.).
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process.
- Experience with integration of SAP SD with other modules (MM, FI, WM, etc.).
- Proficiency in SAP HANA, S/4HANA (preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
