Job Description
The Manager - SAP S/4HANA FI will play a crucial role in driving successful S/4HANA implementations, ensuring efficient financial processes, and providing strategic guidance. They will lead a team, manage projects, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle S/4HANA implementation projects, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, and configuration.
- Configure SAP FI modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting) and integrate with other modules.
- Implement S/4HANA innovations like Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, and Parallel Ledger Accounting.
- Map business processes to SAP best practices and prepare functional specifications.
- Conduct thorough testing (UT, SIT, UAT) and provide post-go-live support.
- Create comprehensive documentation and facilitate training for end-users.
- Stay updated with SAP S/4HANA Finance and Fiori application advancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in SAP FICO, with 2-3 full S/4HANA implementations.
- Strong financial accounting knowledge, including IFRS and US GAAP.
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Finance and Fiori applications.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and manage projects effectively.
- Experience in business process mapping and improvement.
- SAP S/4HANA Finance certification is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- A proven track record of successful SAP implementations.
