Job Description
The Manager will oversee the configuration and support of the R&S module, ensuring efficient supply chain management. They will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective IBP solutions. This role is crucial in enhancing supply chain performance and requires strong leadership and technical skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and configuration of the SAP IBP Response & Supply module, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Manage and optimize the supply planning process, including order-based planning and real-time response management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable IBP solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects, meeting client expectations and deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP IBP features and industry trends, driving innovation within the team.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP IBP implementation, with a focus on Response & Supply module.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
- Deep understanding of supply chain management principles and best practices.
- Experience in translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Proficiency in SAP IBP configuration and customization, with a focus on R&S module.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and continuously learn new skills.
