Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technology Consulting Practitioner with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance and Group Reporting to lead high-impact initiatives across the systems development lifecycle. The role involves advising stakeholders, driving financial transformation programs, and architecting scalable SAP finance solutions aligned with business objectives. The candidate will play a critical role in optimizing financial processes and enabling value realization through SAP best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead maturity assessments of client financial processes and systems, including integrations with satellite applications
- Define target operating models, future-state architecture, value cases, and transformation roadmaps supported by Proof of Concepts
- Drive end-to-end process optimization using SAP S/4HANA best practices and embedded analytics
- Demonstrate strong expertise in core finance processes and cross-functional integrations
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in niche SAP S/4HANA Finance capabilities
- Serve as Finance Solution Architect ensuring consistency across integrations, custom developments, and localizations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality financial solutions
- Provide advisory leadership to enhance IT and finance transformation outcomes

Experience Requirement
- Minimum 12+ years of SAP Finance experience
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP CO — Management Accounting
