Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manageSAP FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management)implementation and enhancement projects.
- Configure and support FSCM components including:
- Credit Management
- Collections Management
- Dispute Management
- Treasury (optional)
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience inS/4HANA Credit Management (BP-based Credit Management).
- Perform end-to-end project tasks: requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand credit workflows, authorization processes, and financial risk controls.
- Ensure seamless integration between FSCM and modules such asFI, SD, and MM.
- Utilize ABAP exposure to work with technical teams on enhancements, user exits, and functional specs.
- Support credit decision workflows, exposure calculations, scorecards, and integration with external credit systems.
- Execute functional testing, regression testing, and provide high-quality documentation.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate with onsite/offshore teams.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
- Ensure adoption of SAP best practices and drive continuous improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of overall experience, with strong focus onSAP FSCM.
- Hands-on experience inCredit ManagementinS/4HANA(mandatory).
- Practical knowledge ofCollectionsandDispute Management.
- Exposure toABAPto handle debugging and collaborate with technical consultants.
- Experience inat least 12 end-to-end SAP implementations.
- Strong understanding of credit risk processes, customer scoring, credit limits, and workflow approvals.
- Good functional knowledge of FI/SD integration.
- Excellent communication, client-facing, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver in fast-paced project environments.
