Inviting applications for the role of Manager, SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Design Developer !

In this role,

• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across business and technical teams.

• Hands-on experience in SF-EC (Employee Central) implementation and support projects is essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an SAP SuccessFactors EC expert, with a focus on design, development, and optimization of reporting solutions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements related to reporting and analytics.

• Ensure alignment of deliverables with business processes, compliance requirements, and user expectations.

• Identify design gaps and propose enhancements or workarounds as needed.

• Provide post-deployment support, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with the functional and technical teams to resolve them.

• Document technical specifications, report designs, test cases, and results.

• Manage change requests and emergency fixes related to reporting with appropriate impact analysis.

• Contribute to solution architecture and best practices in SuccessFactors reporting and data visualization.

• Provide training and guidance to end users on report usage and self-service capabilities.

• Support both new implementations and ongoing support engagements with expert reporting insight.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in B.Tech, IT or MCA /MBA

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Ability to deliver high quality and reliable software by collaborating with a team. Outstanding analytical skills, ability to apply expertise to drive complex, technical and highly commercial solutions. Possess good verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent customer-facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefing & demonstrations including issues, status reports and resolving impediments.

Technical Expertise

• Expert knowledge of data modeling concepts, SAP SuccessFactors EC, Payroll principles.

• Strong understanding of Architecture, SAP Certified

Business & Analytical Skills

• Ability to translate business needs into structured solutions.

Governance & Compliance

• Understanding data governance, security, and compliance requirements in banking.

• Experience ensuring technology guardrails are adhered to in cloud environments
