Role Overview
We are looking for aSales Trainer & Quality Managerto elevate the performance of our Inside Sales team.
This role will focus on refining communication, improving call quality, standardizing processes, and driving better conversions. The ideal candidate should bring a premium/luxury customer interaction mindset and help the team deliver a polished, high-quality sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
Train our Inside Sales teams on:
- Pitch delivery, objection handling, and conversion techniques
- Conduct regular call audits to improve communication quality
- Refine and standardize sales scripts, follow-ups, and pitch structures
- Create and implement SOPs for lead handling and site visit conversion
- Coach team members on voice modulation, confidence, etiquette, and customer experience
- Work closely with the Inside Sales Manager to improve team performance
- Act as the central knowledge owner for product, positioning, and market insights

Requirements
- 48 years of experience in Sales Training / Inside Sales
- Strong experience in audits, coaching, performance & communication improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in luxury product/service training or premium customer interaction environments is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce preferred
