Job Description - Manager Sales Training & AI Enablement
Location: Hyderabad | Reports to: Director – Inside Sales
As the Manager of Sales Training & AI Enablement, you will work with a clear goal make every rep faster, sharper, and more productive.
What You'll Own
- Build a high-performance training engine (not just sessions — real impact on pipeline & revenue)
- Reduce SDR ramp time
- Create role-based learning journeys (SDR → AE → Manager)
- Run live deal coaching, call breakdowns, and objection war rooms
- Partner with Sales, Product & Marketing to keep training real-time and market-relevant
- Embed AI into daily sales workflows
- Build AI-powered simulations for SDR practice (mock calls, personas, objection handling)
What Success Looks Like
- Faster ramp → SDRs hitting targets faster
- Higher conversions → SAL SQL conversions
- Better win rates → Deep Research, sharper discovery, stronger positioning
- Managers actively coaching → not just tracking numbers
- AI adoption
What You Bring
- 5+ years in Sales Enablement / Training (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Deep understanding of SDR and inside sales environments
- Experience handling teams (70+ reps)
- Strong grip on sales frameworks
- Hands-on exposure to AI tools in sales workflows
