Manager - Sales Support

Job Title: Deputy Manager / Manager – Sales Support
Location: Gurugram (Head Office)

Provide end-to-end administrative and operational support to the Sales team within the Contract Logistics division. The role focuses on ensuring smooth execution of sales processes, accurate documentation, and effective coordination across internal teams and clients to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Support the Sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, contracts, and bid documents (RFQs/RFPs).
• Maintain and regularly update sales reports, pipeline data, customer databases, and client records.
• Track quotations, order status, revisions, and client follow-ups while ensuring adherence to internal approval processes and SOPs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely follow-ups and seamless service delivery.
• Act as a point of contact for client queries and assist in meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

• Strong understanding of Contract Logistics and Supply Chain operations.
• Familiarity with sales processes, including quotations, proposals, and contract management.
• Working knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
• Good understanding of customer service standards and documentation compliance.
• Basic knowledge of P&L, pricing structures, and logistics cost components (preferred).

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• 5–6 years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, or Operations Support.
• Prior experience in 3PL, Contract Logistics, or Supply Chain organizations is preferred.
