Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Noida at Story Design. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales , developing strategic sales plans, analyzing market trends, and building and maintaining client relationships.

  • hunting down / generate leads for new clients using social media , attending exhibitions, conferences , networking at events
  • experience from media sales / advertising sales agency prefered
  • exp 1 years - 5 years

Sales Objective: To sell company services to branding/ marketing teams of different brands across the industry verticals such as B2B sales manager

  1. Branding
  2. packaging and other communication design
  3. website design
  4. social media marketing

  6. exhibition design and execution

Qualifications

  • Excellent sales skills using lead generation , presentation, negotiation skills.
  • Sales Management, Strategic Planning, and Market Analysis skills
  • Client Relationship Management and Negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in the product design or creative industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

RESUME:

  • It must consists of clients name handled in the past
  • Current salary CTC and expected ctc

INTERVIEW DETAILS:

  • its sales profile to develop new clients through various means such as social media, networking, visiting exhibitions etc on PAN India, Middle East etc
  • Travelling in Delhi NCR and sometime/rarely out of station as required
  • Screening will involve type of clients /industries and respective departments handled in the sales in the past
  • revenue / target achieved in the previous companies
  • how many meetings usually done in a week
