JD - Proface Sales : Gujarat
To plan and achieve Sales targets along with high growth for Proface HMI / IPCs and Schneider Automation Products. The successful candidate will be responsible for Sales in Schneider's identified Automation Verticals Achieve sales targets for Proface HMI / IPCs & Automation products in identified verticals. Develop new customers Mainly OEMs, EU and able to retain customers. Leverage the channel (Distributors/ Stockists, Dealers, Retailers, System Integrators) to address the customer applications & nurturing them for technical capability enhancement. To gain market share within the Region for Proface HMIs / IPCs. Knowledge of Industrial OEMS. Good understanding of HMI and SCADA is required. Has the ability to understand the need of OEMS and create business. Qualifications required : Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering. 7 - 10 years plus experience in sales. Has good level of technical skills in HMI / SCADA & automation products. Can handle and develop Key Accounts, Distributors, OEMs and can convince them with Compelling arguments. Has a good commercial Knowledge and Market knowledge. Can negotiate and build relationships. Excellent influencing and convincing skills with all stake holders in Business
