Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager Sales Plastics, located in Gujarat. The role involves managing sales operations, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include business development, planning sales strategies, ensuring exceptional customer service, and achieving revenue targets through effective sales management. The candidate will closely coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Operations, Business Planning, and Business Development
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and manage client relationships effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the plastics or specialty chemicals sector is an advantage
