Job Description

We are seeking a Manager for Sales Operations and Sales Enablement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to post-sales support. This is a crucial leadership role for an individual who can develop and implement effective sales strategies and manage a high-performing team.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Lead sales operations and sales enablement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and efficiency.
  • Oversee lead generation and cold calling efforts.
  • Manage both Pre-Sales and Post-Sales activities.
  • Customer & People Management:
  • Build and maintain strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
  • Provide effective people management, including team leadership and mentorship.
  • Communication:
  • Ensure clear and concise communication across the team and with clients.

Required Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Proven experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Lead Generation, Cold Calling, and Sales Strategies.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
  • Strong capabilities in Customer Relationship Management.
  • Experience in Pre-Sales and Post-Sales processes.
  • Proven people management skills.
  • Work Schedule: Must be comfortable working night shifts.
