Key Responsibilities
Audit & Revenue Protection
- Review subscriber reports against audit findings, reconciling subscriber counts, bouquets, and al-a-carte subscriptions with internal records.
- Validate clarifications and explanations received from DPOs, auditors, and internal teams.
- Lead challenge audits, perform analytics, and prepare consolidated reports to support revenue protection and enhancement.
- Maintain audit working papers, report findings, and provide actionable recommendations.
Stakeholder Management & Compliance
- Liaise with DPOs, sales account managers, technical teams, and litigation counsel to resolve queries and support legal proceedings.
- Attend TDSAT hearings as required to ensure recovery of disputed demands.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance policies and regulatory requirements.
Process Improvement & Strategic Support
- Identify process gaps and revenue leakages through forensic audit techniques.
- Drive efficiencies, cost reduction, and improved quality processes within audit and reporting functions.
- Lead development and execution of audit plans with clear objectives and scope.
