• Strong knowledge of packaging materials, printing processes, costing and estimation.
• Strong sales, business development and customer relationship skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/SAP and CRM.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of sales targets, OTIF delivery and customer retention.
• New client acquisition and key account management.
• Knowledge of gross margin, wastage control and DSO.
  
  

Required Experience

• 5–7 years of experience in Packaging Sales & Operations, preferably in Corrugated, Mono Carton or Flexible Packaging.
• Experience in freight forwarding, including handling of DG goods, packing and documentation as per ICAO and IMDG requirements, as specified in the requisition form.
