Job Purpose:

To grow the revenue and market share for the Organization; to act as brand ambassador for the Noatum Logistics and AD Ports Group and exhibit the values to both internal and external stakeholders; collaborate to drive value for the Group.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and acquire large BCOs and enterprise clients
  • Build a strong pipeline of $1M+ annual logistics opportunities
  • Drive full-cycle sales: from prospecting to deal closure
  • Understand customer supply chains, cost structures, and pain points
  • Work with internal solution teams to design:
  • Cost-optimized logistics networks
  • Warehousing and distribution models
  • Multimodal transport solutions
  • Present value-driven proposals (not just pricing)
  • Lead complex negotiations and commercial discussions
  • Drive RFP responses and contract closures
  • Ensure smooth handover to operations teams
  • Track industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing dynamics
  • Identify new opportunities across: Manufacturing, Retail & eCommerce & Automotive.
  • Work experience required: minimum 8 to 10 years of Experience in International Freight Forwarding, logistics, Contracts Logistics
  • To interact professionally with counterparts, customers, sales, operations and management
