Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager - Sales & Marketing at our location in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The role involves developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, overseeing sales operations, and identifying business opportunities to drive growth. The Manager will collaborate with internal teams, lead customer negotiations, and ensure the achievement of sales targets and marketing goals while fostering excellent customer service experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, sales data, and performance metrics
• Proficiency in Business Planning and strategy formulation to support revenue growth
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients and internal teams
• Customer Service focus with the ability to manage and nurture client relationships
• Experience in Sales Operations and driving target achievement through efficient processes
• Leadership qualities and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Prior experience in the automotive or manufacturing sector is a plus
• Experience in Automobile industry will be preferred
