International expansion requires a strong outbound engine and deep ecosystem relationships. This role will directly influence US revenue growth by building pipeline from scratch, cracking outbound in a competitive Shopify ecosystem, and creating strategic partnerships with agencies and tech players. What You'll Own
New Customer Acquisition (US Market)
- Drive outbound-led growth across Shopify SMB and Enterprise brands
- Build relationships with founders, CXOs, ecommerce and operations leaders
- Identify pain points in returns and post-purchase workflows
Outbound & SLG Motion
- Own cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email sequencing, and ecosystem networking
- Build and refine outbound strategy for US-based Shopify merchants
- Create predictable pipeline with strong forecasting discipline
Consultative Selling
- Run discovery calls, demos, and solution workshops
- Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Position Return Prime with clear business value articulation
Ecosystem & Partnerships
- Build strategic partnerships with Shopify agencies and tech partners
- Unlock opportunities through aggregators and ecosystem players
- Strengthen presence within the Shopify ecosystem
Pipeline & CRM Discipline
- Manage pipeline end-to-end from prospecting to closure
- Maintain CRM hygiene (Salesforce)
- Use tools like HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator effectively
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with product and customer success for seamless onboarding
- Provide market feedback to refine positioning and messaging
- Track D2C and Shopify ecosystem trends to identify growth opportunities
Who You Are
- 57 years of experience selling into the US market from India (remote selling in US timezone)
- Proven experience selling Shopify apps, plugins, or eCommerce SaaS to US-based D2C brands or Shopify Plus merchants
- Demonstrated success in building outbound and SLG motion from scratch
- Strong understanding of Shopify ecosystem (apps, APIs, integrations, webhooks, theme architecture)
- Familiar with D2C metrics such as CAC, LTV, RTO, AOV, and conversion rate
- Knowledge of returns, logistics, OMS/WMS, or post-purchase solutions is a strong advantage
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business impact
- Structured, target-driven, and comfortable owning aggressive revenue goals
