Salary: 10 LAC LPA

• Drive new business growth in life insurance through client acquisition and relationship management.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for life insurance products.
• Develop and implement customer acquisition and revenue growth strategies.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular engagement and quality service.
• Collect and review clients existing life insurance policies for portfolio audits by the Technical Team.
• Identify insurance coverage gaps and collaborate with the Technical Team to design customized life insurance solutions.
• Manage and strengthen client portfolios to ensure comprehensive life insurance coverage.
• Utilize data-driven insights to support sales strategies and decision-making.
• Conduct client presentations and provide advisory support on life insurance products and solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 4+ years of relevant experience in life insurance, sales, or financial services.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capability.
