Purchasing Manager

Location: Wazirpur Industrial Area, Delhi (Full-time, Onsite)

We are seeking a dynamic Purchase Manager with a strong engineering background and proven expertise in international sourcing, particularly from China. The ideal candidate will drive procurement efficiency, vendor development, and cost optimization to support our operations in flexible packaging and chemicals.

• Vendor Sourcing & Development: Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers from China and other global markets.
• Procurement Management: Handle end-to-end purchase processes for raw materials, packaging, and chemicals.
• Negotiation & Cost Control: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to import/export regulations, GST, and company policies.
• Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with production and stores teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships with vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery.

• Education: B.Tech or any Engineering degree (mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in procurement/purchase, with hands-on experience in sourcing from China.
• Industry Exposure: Preferably in flexible packaging, chemicals, or related manufacturing sectors.
• Skills:
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Understanding of import/export documentation and compliance
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities
