Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager - Sales Development in Bengaluru. The Manager will oversee sales development operations, including driving lead generation strategies, managing a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and optimizing sales processes. The role involves directly contributing to achieving sales targets, training team members, and assisting in developing sales strategies. The candidate will also coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless communication.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Expertise in Lead Generation and Sales, with a deep understanding of sales strategies and client acquisition
  • Team Management and Sales Operations experience, with a proven ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales metrics and data to drive performance improvements
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills with a results-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field is preferred
  • Experience with sales automation tools and CRM software is a plus
