Job Description

  • Business Development Identify and target potential customers for construction chemicals. Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the customer base and increase market share. 2.Sales Management Achieve or exceed targets on revenue, channel expansion, and customer acquisition through effective customer management and consultative selling approaches. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, ideal customer profiling, deal closure, and receivables management. 3.Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers and channel partners. Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer queries and concerns. 4.Market Analysis & Reporting Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and emerging industry trends. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to uncover growth opportunities. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline opportunities, and forecasts. Provide sales performance and market insight reports to management at pre-defined frequency. 5.Collaboration & Coordination Collaborate closely with technical and R&D teams to address customer-specific requirements. Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.
