Role Description

The Manager - Sales and Business Development will oversee and drive sales operations, manage client relationships, and proactively develop business opportunities to expand the company's market presence. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing leads, engaging with clients to understand their needs, preparing business plans, and implementing strategic sales initiatives. The individual will also work on analyzing market trends, ensuring seamless customer service, and achieving revenue objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for identifying market trends and evaluating sales data
  • Expertise in Business Planning, including setting strategies and creating effective market plans
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
  • Proven ability in Customer Service and maintaining positive client relations
  • Experience in Sales Operations, including managing pipelines and achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to industry changes
  • Bachelor's degree in civil emgineering ; an advanced degree is a plus
  • 5-15 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the construction or engineering industry
