*Job Description ( Manager-Sales): -*
1. Having strong knowledge of Third-Party AMC (MVS), Managed Services, Professional Services & FMS service sales.
2. Knowledge about AMC post warrantyof IT requirements, Third party multi-vendor support.
3. Knowledge about FMS deployment of IT resources at various site.
4. Field Sales experience.
5. Having strong knowledge of sales process (Lead generation / Identification /Validation /Qualifying /selling).
6. Mapping our services to customer requirements, converting prospects into pipelines through proper follow up.
7. Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
8. Reaching the C-level Executives, IT Managers, Purchasing Department, Procurement Department, Sr. Buyers through Email campaigning and cold calling.
9. Establish new client relationships through excellent networking and prospecting techniques via research-based tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn etc.
10. Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
11. Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
12. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
13. Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
14. Generating new accounts and mapping them.
15. Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
16. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
17. Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
18. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
19. Perform research and identify new potential customers and market opportunities.
20. Account Management of acquired and assigned accounts.
21. Achievement of Targets for - New Customer Additions, New Order Bookings, Revenue-Billed.
22. Rolling in more business & revenue for the firm.
23. Maintaing Tracker of Closed Deals and sending of daily, weekly, monthly reports to the Manager.
24. Should be able to carry out entire sales cycle.
*Must Have Qualification & Skills:-*
1. Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
2. Should have good communication / presentation skills.
3. Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
4. Dedication to providing great customer service.
*Experience Required :-*
1. Minimum 6- 7 Years of Experience in relevant filed.
