Purpose of the Job
- We are seeking a forward-thinking and detail-oriented Manager/Senior Manager to join our Global Corporate Rewards team. This role will lead the design, development, and delivery of insights and analytics for compensation and rewards programs across the organization.
- It's a global role and Work timings would be 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM IST
- You will work closely with the global stakeholders and Business heads in a high impact role to drive organizations agenda and reward strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and deliver board-level presentations with actionable insights on global rewards and compensation trends.
- Support quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and annual rewards reviews with data-driven narratives and strategic recommendations.
- Conduct benchmarking studies and scenario planning to ensure rewards competitiveness and alignment with business objectives.
- Predictive Analytics and Advanced Modeling:
- Develop predictive models to forecast compensation trends, pay equity outcomes, and budget impacts.
- Use advanced analytics to identify emerging trends and propose enhancements to rewards strategies.
- Leverage AI/ML tools to optimize rewards analytics and modeling processes.
- Dashboarding and Visualization:
- Build and maintain dynamic dashboards using Power BI, integrating data from multiple sources for real-time insights.
- Design user-friendly, visually compelling dashboards to support leadership decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, finance, talent management, and compliance teams to deliver aligned and consistent rewards insights globally.
- Process Optimization and Innovation:
- Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes through automation and advanced analytics.
- Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to enhance reporting tools like Oracle Fusion and Power BI.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Leadership Support:
- Provide strategic advisory support to leadership by delivering data-backed insights and recommendations.
- Train HR partners and business leaders to interpret and leverage rewards dashboards effectively.
- Monitor, evaluate and design Hiring Ranges with Recruitment, HRBP and Business.
- Manage and execute long and short-term incentive plans. Also, monitor and evaluate effectiveness of STI (Bonus, P4P, sales Commission)/LTI (Equity) plans.
- Liaise with Compliance team and ensure obedience with regulations and company policies in compensation decisions
- Design, upkeep and update C&B policies. Ensure effective and timely communications to employees.
Location
- Preferred but not limited to NCR.
- Primarily Work from Home (WFH), but expected to Work from Office (WFO) for 2 days (continuously) in a month and/or need basis.
Must have Skills and Experience
- Should have completed Graduation/Master's/PG/Certification in HR/Statistics
- 8+ years experience in Compensation and Benefits.
- Expertise in Power BI, advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, data visualization), and experience with Oracle Fusion or similar HRIS tools.
- Strong background in predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and large dataset management.
- Deep understanding of rewards strategy, pay equity principles, and compliance standards.
- Proven ability to create and deliver compelling reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and influencing skills with strong presentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder relationships/other partnerships experience within a global setting.
Preferred/Good to have
- ITES/KPO/Analytics Industry background
- Prior experience of managing Geographies like India, Philippines, US, UK, South Africa, Bulgaria, Romania & Czech Republic preferred.
