Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Wealth Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of High Net-Worth (HNI) and Ultra HNI clients. The role involves delivering holistic wealth solutions across investments, advisory, and financial planning while building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship & Advisory:

  • Manage and grow a book of HNI / UHNI clients
  • Understand clients financial goals and risk profiles to offer tailored wealth solutions
  • Act as a trusted advisor for investments, estate planning, and wealth structuring
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention

Investment & Product Advisory:

  • Advise clients across asset classes including Mutual Funds, PMS & AIFs, Equities & Fixed Income, Insurance & other wealth solutions
  • Monitor portfolios and provide periodic performance reviews
  • Keep clients informed of market trends and investment opportunities

Business Development:

  • Acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and internal leads
  • Deepen wallet share with existing clients
  • Collaborate with internal product, research, and operations teams

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 10+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory
  • Experience managing HNI / UHNI clients is mandatory
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products
  • Strong client-facing and relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Commercial mindset with business development orientation
  • Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end client relationships
