Leadership Role (PAS, TCS BaNCS, General Insurance, Architect)

Experience

 10+ years of experience in IT / Core Systems

 Minimum 10+ years of experience in General Insurance domain

 Hands‑on experience working in a General Insurance company (mandatory)

 Direct experience with Policy Administration System (PAS)

 Strong exposure to TCS BaNCS transformation / implementation / enhancement programs

 Proven experience managing large, complex core platforms in production

Technical Skills (Must‑Have)

·        Deep understanding of General Insurance business flows

·        Strong PAS architecture knowledge

·        Core platform architecture (preferably BaNCS)

·        Integration patterns (ESB, APIs, messaging)

·        High‑volume, high‑availability system design

·        Data migration and core system upgrade experience

·        Release and production risk management

Good to Have

·        Experience in legacy PAS modernization

·        Exposure to cloud‑based deployment of core platforms

·        Experience working with multi‑vendor ecosystem

·        Certification or formal training in architecture or program delivery
