Job Description

Location: Rajkot Startup Studio, Rajkot

Preferred Experience: 0-2 years in the entrepreneurial ecosystem

Eligibility: Open to all graduates

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to entrepreneurs in areas such as:

Business modelling
Sales and marketing strategies
Financial planning and fundraising
Overall business strategy and operations

Support startups in navigating challenges and achieving growth milestones.
Develop and maintain a supportive ecosystem for entrepreneurs, including fostering connections with industry experts, investors, and mentors.
Collaborate with startups to refine their business plans and enhance their market readiness.
Monitor progress and performance of incubated startups and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Organize workshops, networking events, and other activities to support the entrepreneurial community.

Skills Required:

Strong understanding of the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Excellent communication, mentoring, and networking skills.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work collaboratively with startups and stakeholders.
