Job Purpose
Responsible for HSW compliance
Key Result Areas / Accountabilities
- Governance with VIL internal team, MS and infra partners for HSW compliance
- Ensure 100% compliance to HSW requirements and adherence on the ground and also ensure ZERO fatality.
Maintain HSW score >95 month on month
- PTW compliance
- Vehicles Telematics and compliance monitoring
- Msafe compliance
- Accident and Incident management
- Vendor Safety Plan Review
- Planned General Inspection for VIL and IP sites
- Promote culture of Safety and Wellbeing
- Periodic inspections, random field checks to improve HSW compliance
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
- Strong knowledge of HSW compliance
- Communication and presentation skill set
- Knowledge of safety rules and practices MUST
Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications
- BE Electrical/Electronics.
- First level knowledge of all technical nodes on safety perspective.
