Role Description

The Manager - R & D (Color Cosmetics) will lead the research and development efforts for innovative color cosmetic products aligned with clients requirements. Responsibilities include managing a team, overseeing product formulation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating projects from concept to final product. The manager will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and timely delivery. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Maharashtra, India, requiring expertise in leadership and R&D processes.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Research and Development (R&D) and expertise in formulating and innovating color cosmetic products
  • Strong skills in Research and keeping up with evolving trends and industry standards
  • Experience with Team Management, Team Leadership, and mentoring for effective collaboration and productivity
  • Project Management skills, including the ability to oversee multiple projects, manage deadlines, and ensure high-quality outcomes
  • Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry best practices in cosmetics manufacturing
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related field
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Prior experience in the color cosmetics or personal care industry is preferred
