This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager of Quality Management located in Pune. The Manager will oversee quality control and assurance processes, ensure compliance with industry standards, and implement effective quality management strategies. Responsibilities include monitoring production quality, leading training initiatives to improve quality standards, analyzing data to identify areas of improvement, and collaborating across teams to develop and implement quality improvement plans. The position requires strong leadership and expertise in quality-related functions.

• Demonstrated expertise in Quality Control, Quality Management, and Quality Assurance
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate processes and implement improvements effectively
• Experience in providing Training and communication on quality standards and best practices
• Proven ability to handle on-site quality management within the manufacturing or heavy engineering industry
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field (preferred)
• Understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements in engineering and manufacturing
