- Preparations of QAP & Procedure of All Jobs and Final dossier of All jobs.
- To get Release Note of EIL jobs.
- Raw-Material Identification of All Jobs & Material Testing.
- To Maintain the record of Documents of related jobs
- Handling of Third Party inspector & Job Inspection
- Regular interaction with Design, Purchase, Marketing, Production , Machine Shop & Client
- To prepare U-Stamp Audit & Related Activity. & Good Knowledge of ASME Code.
- To Prepare Hardness & UT Test Report, Receiving Inspection for U Stamp & Handling U-Stamp & C-Marking Job
- Inspection of shop activity
- Active Role in ISO Certification
- Manage the team of 2-3 Persons in terms of grooming, motivation, identify T&D needs & recommend for the same
Basic Understanding of QEHS (Quality, Environment, Health & Safety) will be preferred
