Manager, QHSE (Marine Superintendent, FSMPL)

Key Deliverables:

• Conduct shipboard internal audits, inspections, and incident investigations
• Review risk assessments, safety committee reports, and manage change documentation
• Deliver QHSE training and maintain safety manuals and bulletins
• Supervise operations and ensure regulatory compliance at critical global ports

Role Responsibilities:

• Drive safety campaigns and issue work permits with technical coordination
• Monitor vessels at high-risk ports and support contingency actions
• Support revisions of QHSE documentation and manuals
• Visit ships for audits, training, cargo ops, and cleaning supervision
